Bill Buckner
The ground ball in between Buckners leg to lose the world series for the Sox will never get old.
2004 Yankees
No one gave the Red Sox a chance when the Yankees took a 3-0 lead in the ALCS in 2004. The Sox stormed back to win four straight and later claim the World Series.
1993 Houston Oilers
Up 35-3 in the second half of the their playoff game against the Bills.  Allowed Bills backup QB to lead greatest comeback in NFL history.
Greg Norman
1996 Masters was the pinnacle choke for a guy who made a career of being un-clutch. Greg Norman held what appeared to be an insurmountable six shot lead heading into the final round of the 1996 Masters. Norman went bogey, bogey, bogey, double bogey on holes 9-12 to open the door for Nick Faldo to steal the green jacket.
Jean van de Velde - collapse at the British Open
Van de Velde simply needed to score a double bogey or less on the final hole of the 1999 British Open to become the first Frenchman to win the Open Championship since 1907. Instead, he triple bogeyed and lost in a playoff to Paul Lawrie, who trailed by an impossible 10 shots entering the final round.
2007 New York Mets
The worst collapse down the stretch in MLB history.  The Mets were 7 games in front of the Phillies with only 17 games to play.  Then they lost 12 of their last 17 games and missed the playoffs.
Minnesota - 2006 Insight Bowl
The honor of blowing the biggest lead in college football bowl history goes to the Golden Gophers. Tech rallied from 38-7 down to win 44-41.
2008 New England Patriots
after running the table throughout the season the patriots failed big time when it mattered most, losing the final game of the season, yeah the superbowl. Way to choke, you were so close
