Oh come on now, whats wrong with Gapper? He is soft,cuddly and fun...what else does a mascot need? Also he has his own build-a-bear Gapper station in the stadium not many mascots can say they have their own store!

Well, I hate to burst any bubbles, but actually, many mascots can say that they have their own build-a-bear store. Some include: Cleveland, San Francisco, Philadelphia, St. Louis, and Boston.
