While dilfer isn't a great quarterback by anyones standards, he did WIN the superbowl, so dont think he should be number one on this, Dan Marino couldnt even win a superbowl.

How can Eli Manning not be on this list? I mean, yeah, he had a good playoff run, but long-term he is subpar and everyone knows that.
